LAKE PARK PUBLIC LIBRARY RECEIVES AWARD FROM BRIDGES AT LAKE PARK

The Lake Park Public Library received the “Phenomenal North Star” Award from BRIDGES at Lake Park during its first annual “Celebrating Our North Stars” awards banquet on Thursday, July 24. The award, which was accepted by Lake Park Public Library Director Judith Cooper, was presented in recognition of the library’s ongoing support of BRIDGES and its mission to connect local families to community resources so more children are born healthy, remain free from abuse and neglect, are ready for kindergarten and have increased access to quality afterschool and summer programs.

This service is free to users because the Lake Park Public Library has already covered all the costs. If you do not have a Lake Park Public Library card, it is free and easy to get one!
