PALM BEACH COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND ECONOMIC STABILITY INTRODUCES THE CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND (CRF) EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM

The Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Stability has announced the availability of $3,685,932 in CRF funding to assist residents impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Funding will be used to provide emergency repair assistance to income-eligible, owner-occupied residences that have been impacted by COVID-19 to address emergency conditions such as the installation, replacement or repair of roofs, shutters and/or heating, ventilation and air conditioning. No other housing repair activities are eligible under this program. A maximum of $50,000 will be awarded as a grant, and all projects must be completed by December 30, 2020.

Applicants must complete an online application at http://www.pbcgov.com/hes/ between September 6, 2020 and September 21, 2020. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first qualified, first served basis, subject to funding availability.
