AMERICAN RED CROSS 

The Red Cross has a hurricane app that can be downloaded FREE to your mobile device.  The app sends location-based weather alerts, includes tips on how to assemble an emergency kit in the event of a power outage or evacuation, an "I'm Safe" button to let loved ones know you are okay, and a real-time map to help you find the location of Red Cross shelters should you need to leave your home.  Download the app by visiting http://www.redcross.org/apps
