Notification of Roadway Construction

NOTIFICATION OF ROADWAY CONSTRUCTION - PARK AVENUE TO NORTHLAKE BLVD.

FOR AFFECTED PROPERTIES: The Palm Beach County Engineering and Public Works Department will be starting road improvements along Old Dixie Highway. This construction may require the clearing of most, if not all of the area within the limits of construction, from Park Avenue to Northlake Boulevard. Therefore, it is important that should you have any manmade items such as fences, landscaping of any type, irrigation systems or any other items within the area to be cleared, that they be removed prior to 5/19/17. Construction will commence on or about 5/26/17. The County, or its agents, will not be able to save any of these items if they remain within the temporary construction easement area after construction begins. The area will be staked within the limits of the project. This, hopefully, will enable you to determine whether you have items within the temporary construction easement. Please contact the Palm Beach County Right-of-Way Section at 561-684-4124 with any questions

FOR MOTORISTS AND PEDESTRIANS: Please be advised that the extent of construction will be from Park Avenue to Northlake Blvd. Please use extra caution while traveling the area as construction begins and progresses. Extra traffic signage will be placed to notify of changes to traffic patterns.
