The Town of Lake Park Community Development Department is a full-service department responsible for all planning and building, and the administration of the Town's code of ordinances. The Department's primary mission is to provide a platform that encourages appropriate growth and development within the guidelines and boundaries of the Town's Code of Ordinances, while at the same time assisting community businesses and residents in a professional and friendly manner. The Department strives to deliver the highest level of customer service and work in partnership with the community, while preserving the quality of life and providing for the Town's vision of the future.

Building - For permit-related information please call (561) 881-3318. INSPECTION REQUESTS can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org - include your Name, Phone Number, Permit Number, and Type of Inspection. Inspections are only scheduled one day in advance and requests must be received before 4pm the day prior. PLEASE NOTE: ALL INSPECTION TIMES ARE BETWEEN 9:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
