TOWN OF LAKE PARK ISSUES CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR NEW NAUTILUS 220 MIXED-USE PROJECT

Nautilus 220 received its Certificate of Occupancy (CO) on Monday, December 22. Receiving a CO means that a building has passed all of its inspections and meets all required codes. Groundbreaking for this new mixed-use building, which features 325 condominium residences and 12 guest suites, began on May 19, 2022. Nautilus 220 will also soon be home to restaurants (SeaHawk Prime by David Burke and The Birdie Dockside Bar and Grill), as well as various businesses, a cafe and more.
