Facility Rental

The Town of Lake Park has six facilities available for rental.

GENERAL RENTAL FEES

Lake Shore Park Pavilion Rental

Maximum Capacity: 40 people

Rental Fee:

Resident Fee: $180.00 for 4 hours plus 6.5% tax
Non-resident Fee: $200.00 for 4 hours plus 6.5% tax

Extra Hours: $45.00 for each additional hour or part thereof plus 6.5% tax

Deposit: $200.00 refundable after the event

Cleaning Fee: $15.00 prior to event

If alcohol is served, a $150 fee is charged for a security presence.

Chairs and tables are included.

Kelsey Park Gazebo Rental

Rental Fee:

Resident Fee: $22.50 for 4 hours plus 6.5% tax
Non-Resident Fee $25.00 for 4 hours plus 6.5% tax

Extra Hours: $5.00 for each additional hour or part thereof plus 6.5% tax

Kelsey Park Evergreen House Rental

Maximum Capacity: 65 people

Rental Fee: $200.00 for 6 hours plus 6.5% tax for 1-20 people

Extra People: $10.00 per person

Extra Hours: $70.00 for each additional hour or part thereof plus 6.5% tax

Deposit: $500.00 refundable after the event

Personnel Fee: $120.00 per staff person

Cleaning Fee: $50.00 prior to event

If alcohol is served, a $150 fee is charged for a security presence.

No food service or catering at this site - light hors d'oeuvres or snacks only.

Chairs and tables are included.

Mirror Ballroom - Historic Town Hall

Maximum Capacity: 100 people

Rental Fee:

Resident fee: $360.00 for 6 hours plus 6.5% tax
Non-resident fee: $400.00 for 6 hours plus 6.5% tax

Extra Hours: $60.00 for each additional hour or part thereof plus 6.5% tax

Deposit: $500.00 deposit refundable after the event

Personnel Fee: $90.00 per staff person

Cleaning Fee: $25.00 prior to event

If alcohol is served, a $150 fee is charged for a security presence.

Chairs and tables are included.

Lake Shore Picnic Pavilions

Rental Fee: $50.00 for 8 hours plus 6.5% tax

Deposit: $100.00 refundable after the event

Maximum Capacity: 25 people

Alcohol is not allowed in the Park.
