  • Art on Park Art Festival - March 27 & 28 from 10am - 5pm.
    A two day fine arts event on the beautifully renovated Park Ave in the heart of town.  A jury of art professionals will select artist based on their unique styles and artistic excellence.  To receive application go to Zapplication.org, artonpark.org or call Parks & Recreation for details at 561-881-3338. 


April

  • Lake Park's Annual Easter Egg Hunt  - Saturday, April 3 - Easter Bunny arrives 9:15 a.m and Egg Hunt begins 9:30 a.m. Children search for more than 10,000 eggs in three age groups: 3 years old and younger, 4-6 years old, 7-10 years old. Special prizes for each age group. Call Parks & Recreation for details at 561-881-3338. 

  • Easter Sunrise Service & Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast - T.B.A.
    Everyone is welcome to the nondenominational event at the redeveloped Lake Park Harbor Marina. For more information, call Reverend Leopard at 561-848-3142. Immediately following the service, the Lake Park Kiwanis will hold its annual pancake breakfast at the same location.
  • Annual Arbor Day Festivities - Friday, April 30, 10:30 a.m., Lottie Mae Miller Park (2nd Street & Date Palm Drive) - Lake Park Town Officials, environmental agencies, and students from area schools and day care centers gather for speeches and songs that celebrate trees and nature. June/July

  • Lake Park Summer Camp - June 14 - August 6 located at the Lake Park Recreation Center, 311 7th Street - Ball Fields

August
  • Youth Street Painting Festival - Saturday, August 28, 10 a.m.-1 p.m
    Join us as we paint the streets of Downtown Park Avenue in front of Art on Park Studios and Gallery located at 800 Park Avenue.  There will be prizes and gift certificates to the top three winners in each age group beginning at age 6.  Free drinks and snacks for the kids and face painting.  Participants must pre-register by Friday, August 27.  Call 561-881-3338 or 561-355-0300 for more information.   • Beer & Wine Festival - Sunday, September 12, 12 - 5 p.m.
    Music, Food and Fun! Free Admission.  Take the edge off the South Florida heat at Lake Park's Beer & Wine Festival on Downtown Park Avenue. Hosted by: Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency.
  • Ride-in on Park - Sunday, September 26, 5-8 p.m.
    Motorcycle Show on Downtown Park Avenue.  Hosted by:  Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency.
  October
  • Cruise-in on Park - Saturday, October 23, 5-8 p.m.
    Antique Car Show - The cars of your dreams will be on display on Downtown Park Avenue.  Free Admission!  Call 561-840-3122.  Hosted by: Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency.

November

  • Seafood Festival - Saturday, November 13, 12-5 p.m.
    Seafood prepared the way it was meant to be, along with the great tasting side dishes and plenty of entertainment, guaranteed a fantastic time for the whoe family and all of your friends!  Located on Park Avenue Downtown Lake Park.  Free Admission!  Hosted by: Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency.

December

  • Santa's Mailbox - November 29 through December 13
  • The Lake Park Recreation Department helps community youngsters get their lists right to Santa Claus himself. His special Mailbox will be in Town Hall lobby at 535 Park Street. All of Santa's letter must dropped in Santa's Mailbox and include a neatly written child's name, return address and telephone number to ensure a personalized return letter from Santa.   • Holiday Tree Lighting - Friday, December 3 at 6:30 p.m.
    Join Santa Claus, for this years Holiday Tree Lighting held downtown on the corner of Park Ave & 9th St. Enjoy the sounds of Lake Park Elementary Choir, Free Kids Snow Play Area.  This event starts at 6:30pm with the Tree Lighting at 7:00pm.  For more information, call Parks & Recreation at 561-881-3338.
  • Christmas Box Angel Statue Ceremony - T.B.A.
    Hospice of Palm Beach County hosts a moving ceremony in Kelsey Park in honor of families who have lost children from all around the area. Kelsey Park's Angel Statue was the seventh statue in the country created around the Christmas Box Angel Story. It is the goal for all 50 states to have one Angel Statue, and Lake Park was chosen as Florida's host city. The annual event is conducted by Horizon's Pregnancy, Infant and Child Loss Program.   • Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair - December 18 & 19, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
    The Lake Park ARts & Crafs Fair is a perfectly wonderful way to get the holiday spirit started with family and friends.  There are unique and memorable gifts at great prices for everyone. Join us on Park Avenue in Downtown Lake Park.  Hosted by: Town of Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency.

  • Santa Clause Ride - Saturday, December 18 at 6 p.m. sharp
    Every December, Santa Claus travels through the streets of Lake Park one week before he starts his midnight journey on Christmas Eve. He will depart Lake Park Town Hall parking lot at 6:00 p.m. sharp. To cover the entire route, Santa will make no stops, but the Fire truck will be moving slowly so he and Mrs. Claus can toss candy to residents of every age. If time allows, Santa will be available for photographs in the Town Hall parking lot about 7:30 p.m. For more information, call Parks & Recreation at 561-881-3338.

  • Lake Park's Festival of Lights - from Thanksgiving through the end of December
    The Town of Lake Park encourages the citizens of Lake Park to decorate their homes and businesses for the holidays. The Grinch took away the awards and prizes for the best decorated homes (budget cuts, you know), but we wish you all the Joy & Hope of this special season. Share your lights with friends and neighbors, keep this wonderful tradition glowing and growing in Lake Park. For more information, call the Recreation Department at 561-881-3338.
