Facility Rental

 GENERAL RENTAL FEES 
 

Mirror Ballroom - Historic Town Hall

 Maximum Capacity: 100 guests                                                    
                                                                                                                                                  

Rental Fee:  (6 hour rental)

Fee: $360.00 plus 6% tax

 Extra Hours: $60.00/hour plus 6% tax
for each additional hour or part thereof

Personnel Fee: $105.00 per staff member

Cleaning Fee: $25.00 prior to event

Deposit:  $500 Non-refundable if cancelled.

If alcohol is served, a Sheriff Deputy is required to be present for an additional fee.

Chairs and tables are included.


Lake Shore Park Indoor Pavilion Rental

Maximum Capacity: 40 guests

Rental Fee: (4 hour rental)

  • Resident Fee: $180.00 plus 6% tax
  • Non-resident Fee: $200.00 plus 6% tax 

Extra Hours: $45.00/hour plus 6% tax for each additional hour or part thereof

Deposit: $200 Non-refundable if cancelled.

Cleaning Fee: $25.00 prior to event

If alcohol is served, a Sheriff Deputy is required to be present for an additional fee. 

Optional Parking Passes Additional $100.

Chairs and tables are included.

 

 Kelsey Park Gazebo Rental 
(Ceremonies only)                                                      
Rental Fee: (4 hour rental)

  • Resident Fee: $22.50 plus 6% tax
  • Non-Resident Fee $25.00 plus 6% tax

    Extra Hours:  $5.00/hour plus 6% tax for each additional hour or part thereof.
  • Deposit:  $50 Non-refundable if cancelled.

    Optional Parking Passes Addtional $105 

Rental is for the Gazebo only and not for the surrounding area of Kelsey Park.

  

 Lake Shore Picnic Pavilions

Maximum Capacity: 25 guests each                             

                     PAVILION SOUTH                                                                       PAVILION NORTH 

Rental Fee:  (6 hour rental)

Each Pavilion Fee:  $50.00 plus 6% tax

Deposit: $100.00 Non-refundable if cancelled.

Optional Parking Passes Additional $120.00

Alcohol is not allowed in the Park.


W. Ilex Park Picnic Pavilion

Maximum Capacity: 25 guests              
 

Rental Fee:  (6 hour rental)

Fee:  $50.00 plus 6% tax

Deposit: $100 Non-refundable if cancelled.

Alcohol is not allowed in the Park.








 
Lake Park Harbor Marina Meeting Room 

Maximum Capacity: 50 guests



Rental Fee:  (6 hour rental)

Fee:  $300.00 plus 6% tax

Extra Hours:  $50/hour plus 6% tax for each additional hour or part thereof.
Security Fee:  $15 for each additional hour beyond 6 hours.

Personnel Fee:  $80

Additional Fee:  $100 if alcohol is served.

Deposit:  $200 Non-refundable if cancelled.

Marina:  Rental Policy Book

Evergreen House

Maximum Capacity: 65 guests
Rental Fee:  (6 hour rental)

Fee:  $200.00 plus 6% tax (up to 20 guests)

Additional Fee:  $10.00/per guest  (over 20 ppl up to 65 ppl)

Personnel Fee:  $85.00

Extra Hours: $70.00/hr plus 6% tax  for each additional hour or part thereof (includes facility rental and personnel fee).

Deposit: $250.00 Non-refundable if cancelled.

Optional Parking Passes Additional Fee

If alcohol is served, a Sheriff Deputy is required to be present for an additional fee.

Rental does not include tables and chairs.
